Can anyone advise me on small rust spots?

Hi, my new TF has a couple of small rust spots, mainly on the bonnet and am wondering how to treat them and get rid. They are still only small but you can see that the lacquer has started to crack slightly round them. Id say they are no bigger than a 1p coin (including the cracking). Am wondering if there was a solution that I could do to significantly improbevthis rather than taking her to a bodyshop?
