103 T4 Upgrade

I have a R45 diesel 103 engine. Am I right in thinking that if someone has a T4 machine they can just upgrade it to a 115 with out drawbacks from a normal remap such as extra smoke etc as it's just an upgrade not a remap?



From there does anyone know anywhere in the North East that will do it and at what cost?
