Rover 25 '04 Loose Steering
Hi guys
Sorry if this has been asked a million times but I have searched these forums and haven't found a solution that fits my problem. Ok, so the steering wheel on my rover 25 can be turned L or R about an inch before the wheels move. This is more noticeable/dodgy at high speeds/motorway etc. I have jacked the car up and tried turning the front wheels by hand to see if track rod ends are worn but they don't budge at all. Strangely, with the engine off when I turn the steering, the wheels turn in unison!? So it must be a power steering issue.
Thanks in advance for your help
