Driver's Window Coming Out of Runners

Hi All,



I've noticed a bizarre issued with my ZS, that I would love to get sorted quickly. When closing the driver's front window, it comes up at a strange angle, that causes it to come out of the black rubber trim and not sit properly when closed.



Does anyone know what causes this and a permanent way to fix it?
