Excellent Service From MG!

Well my 6 got to the point last week of not starting, or struggling to start taking 10-15 to crank when cold and about 5-6 when warm. Not a fueling issue and nothing to do with a RON mixture either.



So I emailed a few contacts at GM and MGM asking for who best to get through to - turns out its Paul Underhill who has replaced the Keith Hill. This was also a name id had passed to be via the 635 Register.



Paul drove upto my partner in Sellafield on thursday to personally deliver a 1.85 DTi and drove our Magnette back to Longbridge. I wrote a pretty stiff email to Paul and my dealer at the beginning of the week as the car has been in and out of the dealership for the past few months with electronics faults galore.



The car shouldn't be as it is, not at only 20k - but it appears on the customer facing aspect at least they are beginning to turn a corner. Just need the dealers to catch up now.



I asked for a solution and I got the best one I could have hoped for. Regardless of the outcome with our 6, if the fault comes back or if a substitute is made, im impressed with the responsiveness of MG-Motor on this one, I cant think of a major OEM that would have turned round that fast.
