Freelander 1.8k to t16 nasp, any point?
The missus has had a V reg freelander sat in a field for the last year and has said if i want to play about with i can. Yey for me :)
I love my T16 engined cars but haven't done any conversions yet. I should be acquiring a 220 GSI nasp next week and plan on doing a turbo conversion on that, leaving me with the nasp engine.
Is there any point converting the K's 1.8 to T's 2.0 nasp. The LR is currently FWD as her Brother snapped the rear diff so their Dad completely removed it. The 220 comes with a PG1 with type A torsen diff.
How easy of a conversion is it and whats needed from the 220?
I've checked google and people say they have done it but can't seem to find any definitive answers.
Cheers in advance,
Dave.
