gear rods, knuckles, and gators??????

Good evening folks..



Ive got another guestion :) i was looking under the TF the other day and noticed that the rubber gators for what i think is the gear change rods are really rotted and spit and in need of changing! Would these be the right ones? http://ift.tt/1stq2bT



Anyways there is also what looks like a rubber kind of grommet on a rod that goes in the middle of the two perished gators that looks worn and is showing the metal rod inside does anyone know where i could get a replacment for this grommet?



Sorry if ive not made myself clear! Kind of hard for a novice like me to explain :) i do have a picture of what im talking about but cant post it up here :(
