Quick answer needed for bumper please any mk2 owner.

Ive had the bumper on my mg replaced due to some numpty riding into the back of me, the bumper i have now is a Rover one which shall be getting fixed soon.



According to garage both Rover and MG(black bit) bumpers are the same texture all over with the black part painted black(or maybe left unpainted)

Can anyone let me know if their black bits feel the same as the rest of the bumper please, no one I know local has a mk2



P.S reason i need a quick answer is because they are calling back in a few minutes and want to get it sorted once and for all
