remooving and fitting of after market stereo

I have a 2004 MG ZTT.



It has the hi-line stereo and navigation computer.



I wish to remove it and add a 7" touch screen all in one unit in the front.



Can anyone tell me how easy this is? or is there any special cables etc I will need to do this?
