rough idle

hello all



i have a 45 diesel 2000 reg



when the car has been run for a bit the idle becomes rough, when i take the car on a good run and come to a stop the idle is weak and the car shakes, i took the car to the garage for a diagnostic, and the only fault on the ecu was low boost pressure.
