Rover 200 idling at 1750rpm

My Rover is problematic lately, sometimes idling around 900-1000 sometimes jumping up. If i rev up a little, drops down again.



Here is video parked after 1000km drive today.

First two rev drops are by himself, last two is me pressing window buttons, when windows are closed, which causes drop in revs.

I also noticed in driving for example if i go around 120km/h and remove foot from gas and just let car go that it "stutters" a bit, not slowing down smoothly. This is not just for 120km/h, it is happening at any speeds.



Could it be stepper motor? Or something else?
