About to purchase should I walk away?

Hi there



I am thinking of buying an 03 TF but noticed that for the last two MOTs it has had advisories and I wondered if I should walk away or whether there's nothing scary or imminent to worry about. The first one about the subframe is the one that concerns me most - it had a similar note last year:



Nearside Rear Subframe mounting prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive (2.4.A.3)



Passeneger inner door handle shows signs of malfunction



Exhaust leaking & corroded



Rear exhaust clamp/hanger broken



Front suspension noisy



Also the gear lever has a bit too much play for my liking but doesn't jump out of gear. The car is in good shape, has had HG upgraded with belts etc last year so I just wanted a bit of reassurance. They want £1200 and it's MOT'd till March
