A/C Alternator belt tensioner pulley.

Is anyone able to help me out with sourcing one of these tensioners for my '54 1.8 120 n/a petrol tourer please ?



Crazy prices asked at Rimmers and other mainstream...150 GBP plus !!!



Could it be repairable, re-lubricated, maybe, just makes a nasty squeak sometimes at low rpm ?
