Air con pulley rattling

Hi all

Started to get an intermittent rattling/jangling noise from the engine at low revs. A mechanic friend spotted it is coming from the air con pulley. When it starts you can see the pulley wobble then it goes smooth again and the noise disappears.



I have a few questions:



Can the pulley be replaced on its own?

Can I bypass the air con by using the belt from a non air con engine?

Anyone got a complete air con compressor?
