Trophy 160 standing for 6 years. How to get running?

Hi all. My Trophy 160 has been standing untouched in my garage for the last 6 years. It's rather dusty, but had lots of Mike Satur TLC and mods from new and has done about 19k miles. Just before being laid up it had the cam belt change service.



To cut a long story short, I want to get the car running again. Clearly a good service with new tyres etc are the order of the day and I'm about to order a new battery.



Any other tips for how to get an F running again that's been standing for a long time? I've heard that I should turn the engine over by hand before attaching the battery. How do you do that on the F?



Any pointers gratefully received.
