electrical/indicicator issue

Hi,



Ive got the nearside front bumper indicator out on my 02 zr td.



A new bulb has been fitted with no luck.. when i indicate left it flashes very quickly.



Could this be a relay, earth issuse or fuse. i do not have the hand book so ive had a look at the fuse box but with no luck
