Hi all !!!!!!!!!!

Am a new member here and am seeking some advice. I,m taking delivery of a MGTF 135 next week, it's a late 2004 model with 19,000 miles on the clock from new. Mileage is confirmed and has all service history from new and has all it's mots etc. The cam let is being changed by the dealer I'm buying it off, which is good service as just asked whether belt had been changed !! However there's no evidence that the head gasket has been changed to the improved multi layer. Do I have the head done to the improved version or do I just run the vehicle and keep an eye on coolant et . I plan to keep the vehicle which has only been used for dry use in summer since new and do plan to have it wax oiled underneath to preserve it.The car is only going to be used for occasional use and not daily so won't rack up much mileage.



Any advice would be gratefully appreciated!!
