Mg zr tow bar

Hi can anyone tell me if the normal rover 25 towbar will fit my mg zr , also ive found one in ebay for £75 new but it looks different meaning it looks like it only bolts to where the crash cans were and it doesn't show the part which goes inside the floor channels , also have i got to drill holes .
