Possible cross thread of bleed screw - heater matrix

Help pls folks.

Someone I thing I've crossed threaded the heater matrix bleed screw. Changed coolant at w/e, all bled fine.

Went to re-bleed today just in case, opened bleed screw a bit felt fine, nipped up, felt wrong, like it's crossed threaded. Thought I was being really gentle and haven't really even had it unscrewed much.

Coolant dripping merrily on the drive.



What are my options please? Can't really see what the screw threads into, and guessing it's a pain to replace.
