am I mad?

Need to replace my ZS which died recently. I've read all the reviews of the 6; the good, the bad and the ugly (What Car?).

What I'd like is some honest opinions from owners; what are they really like to run and own (good experiences and bad)? How much did people pay? Saloon or hatch? Diesel or petrol? Earlier models or later models and what are the main differences?

What's a good price to pay?
