Best Oil for VVC oil change?

Am thinking about doing an oil and filter change on the VVC but am wondering what would be the best oil to use. I have some Triple QX that I got from CarPartsForLess which am running in the Rover 623.



It's the VVC mech that has me wondering so which would be best for it?
