Dashboard Fan
On holiday trips occasionally it's just too hot in the TF for comfort.
EG: when cruising an Autoroute at 80mph, roof up; or in a Riviera traffic jam, roof down.
Using the air vents on setting 4 is inadequate & very noisy so we thought about a dashboard mounted fan.
Anyone out there fitted one? If so: was it any use; how & where did you mount it; did it drain the battery on tickover; & what make/type did you have?
I know some people have retro fitted air con but can't really justify the outlay & hassle for just a few really hot days during the 3-4 weeks per year we drive in Southern Europe.
Advice appreciated.
