Fitting Brake Shoes/Discs/Pads

Has anybody got an idea of how hard it is to remove and fit new ones? On a scale of 1-10 for a beginner.



Maybe a video showing how to do them? Just dont know if its worth spending 35 pounds if its not too difficult
