MG ZR 105 2003 Idle very hoigh at 2000rpm

My 1.4 ZR has developed a fault where it is revving at 2000 rpm once it warms up.

It is fine when cold but once warm she is idling at 2k rpm which is very problematic as it makes her difficult to drive- she is taking away from me sort of driving herself.

I have sprayed all round the throttle body and pipes and inlet manifold with break and clutch fluid and not found any air leak.

I have change the idle control valve with a scrap part fully cleaned

I have done the reset- pumping the accelerator 5 times at position 2 then started the engine

I have sprayed round the throttle to clean off anything which may make it stick

Can anyone suggest steps to take to isolate and fix the fault?

I have been enjoying driving her fast recently and taking her up the revs before changing gear- hope this has not caused the issue.

She had been running like a dream up until this issue.

any assistance and replies are greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance
