Road tax rip-off

Just been looking at my V5 which tells me my 03 tf 135 co2 = 184 G/KM putting it in band I @ £225 per yr but, when I put my details in to check the cost, it has put me in the higher J band @ £265 per yr which is what I am paying. Good job I checked it and will be on to dvla first thing.
