Rover 25 1.4 Compression Test results

Hello All,



for a while now i've been having issues with slight misfire on my rover 25. my code reader normally shows a p0302 cylinder no2 misfire detected. today i finally got around to doing a compression test the results of which are below



Compression test - engine cold dry test

No1 - 160psi

No2 - 120psi

No3 - 150psi

No4 - 190psi



Now as expected there does seem to be something going on with no2 cylinder but what i wasn't expecting to see was the high reading on no4.



Just wondering if anybody else had come across this before. i know to stand any chance of really knowing whats going on im going to have to take the head off.
