suspension height and wheel alignment

I am running my mgf with suspension lower than standard (335vs368mm). I think the car looks a bit silly when run at full height, but my front tyres wear badly on the insides ( the rears are OK). I have a hydrogas pump (of sorts) so I can adjust the ride height but would ideally like to keep it around the same. If I take Beryl in for wheel alignment will it be corrected for the current ride height or will it be set as per manufacturer data?
