MG TF Wishbone Bushes

Good evening guys



Just thought i would post this up before i hit the sack for the night!



Ive bought a autobush bush set for the front of the TF so now need to remove the rubber bush from the wishbones to fit the poly ones.. has anybody got some good advice for removing the bushes?
