Can You help with this please

A friend came by with his 2004/5 Tf



Left home all ok and within 5mins



No epas

No rev counter

No speedo



Car starts and runs fine



Check earhing straps ok

All fuses ok

Wiggled cable in boot no difference

Checked lambda sensor cable by manifold ok

At sometime prior to his buying it, it looks like the original horn relay (pektron) is shot as a new external relay and wiring has been fitted.

(When I connect the original wire horn is permanently on)



Where do I start with this one???
