Mg Zr TD help please

Hi,

Just bought a Mk2 115 Td and the 1st thing i really want to do is get rid of that horrid looking downwards facing back box.

1st question - what's the bore size on td

2nd question - I've heard that 160 zr back boxes can be used?

3rd question - does an aftermarket affect the performance? I'm just looking for something easy on the eye and as long as it does affect performance in a negative way
