Black 75 Tourer seats

I have a chance to pick up a full set of black leather electric seats from a 75 Tourer going to the scrapper. They are in nice condition, just wondered if it is a good conversion for the ZT-T. My seats are 1/2 leathercloth 1/2 graphite material. Its got a good pair of rear lights too.
