Engine Mount - Upper Right Replacement Advice?

Hi,



My engine vibrates.



I took off the inspection cover and saw there is forward and backwards motion when accelerating. Even during idle its visible.



Its vibrating on the bracket in this photo - either the bolts are loose (tried to tighten but wouldnt go any tighter) or the bush is worn.







So I've just ordered replacement bolts and bush from Rimmers and intend to try and replace this weekend.



I noticed that the one on the left has a nut that is welded on, so I will need to try and access the bolt from the inside (facing the o/s panel).



Are there any tips for this job?



Has anyone done the same thing?
