Knocking noise

Hi all, I've recently got my car back after having head gasket and block replacement. It was fine to start but after a week or so of having it back there is a knocking noise. It only happens when on full lock i.e turning into my dive or parking space. Is this likely to be steering rack or track rods? Any ideas on costs involved?
