Oil Light not On

I have a re occurring issue and despite have the car being in and out of the garage least 5 times the issue keeps returning.



Issue: Engine will not start, it will turn over but not start.iv



One very important issue is that if the oil light does not come on then the engine will not start.



Has anyone had this issue?



Note: Both fuel pumps have been replaced,

There is no water in the plenum.



Error Code something about Mass Air??
