2005 mg zs electrical probs

hi my cousin has a 2005 55 plate mg zs 1.6 its been sitting for a few weeks and batterys had gone flat so now with it charged it starts and runs mabie for 5 seconds then wont restart unless its turned off and does the same each time runs no more than seconds possible immobiliser fault? also drivers window wont go up indicators and hazzards dont work and also rear heated window any ideas? thanks
