Best way to de-ice plastic rear screen
So this morning was the first time I've had thick ice on the new TF and wondered whats the best way to de-ice the rear screen.
I don't want to scrape it with a scraper as I imagine this will scratch the plastic. Do aerosol de-icers have any affect on the plastic, don't really want to make it permantently cloudy or brittle etc. I presume warm (not hot) water would probably clear the ice best but will it just re-freeze?
Has anyone got any recommendations on the best method?
And before anyone suggests them, no I can't just go and get a heated glass screen or move to a house with a garage :-p
