Broken bonnet cable :(

Hi all, long time reader of this forum, first time poster!



I've got the dreaded broken bonnet cable, which must have snapped right at the catch unfortunately.



I've got the car jacked up at the front, but I'm not having any luck releasing the bonnet.



Are there any tricks I could get PM'd? (I know this info isn't posted publicly).



Got the new cable all threaded through, just need to get into the bonnet to finish the job!
