Clutch pedal connection

Hi guys, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place??

Had my zt 1.8t for 2 days and today, the clutch pedal just slammed into the floor!

After inspection found that the small connecting clip (black plastic ring) which connects the master cylinder to the pedal had sheared of from the rod of the cylinder!!

I pressume that this connector and the rod are integral, and the connector can not be bought seperate?

Im guessing new master cylinder? any suggestions on type/ make?
