coolant overflowing but not boiling over.

As titled. Temperature only rises to just bellow half way, then there's a gurgling from the pipes if the cap Is removed it spews it all out. Its touchable too. Not scalding hot. But warm, that's after letting It warm then taking it for 2 miles around my village, it's on a 160 if it makes the difference. I left it for a while warming up with the cap of and non came out. I've tried draining all the coolant and re bleeding with oat coolant
