loud wine when car starts from cold?

So wensday i had a bad day so chucked the car in reverse and put my foot down the car started going back but then then it came out of gear some how then revs went sky high out of gear i then heard a loud wine like the belt was slipping not the timing belt the other one. Once i put it back int gear the noise went. So i parked it just went out and started it the wine is there when u cold start it and even when i move off after a while it stops i drive some were stop and when i start it back up ( waited a hour) there is no noise so seems has tho its only happening on cold starts ? I leave the car the night and start it in the morning and it does it but if i park out side a shop go in and out it doesn't happen on start r even go into some ones house for a hour come out and it doesn't happen. Ive been driving around a lot today and the gears are perfect temp is perfect everything is apart from this wine when i start on cold ...



The car was perfect intill the above thing happened no wineing or anything
