Mg ZR fault eml light and oil light

Hi all hoping somone can help me here went out this evening to look a 04 Mg ZR hopped in turned ignition on all lights came on but oil light and eml light were flashing and srs light was on aswell so took it for a drive felt like it had a miss in it i gave the pedal a bit more welly the lights stopped flashing but stayed on



im a bit puzzled here as i dont know what could be at fault ive never seen a car flashing its oil light and eml light at the same time



the srs light i'd pressume has something to do with the airbags or pre tesioners



any help appreciated as i would mind getting behind the wheel of it again
