mg zs starting problem

hi to all

my mg zs petrol starting problem, stoped for petrol filled up then when i switched the ignition on to position 2 the alarm went off,i was able to switch the alaem off with the key fob but the engine still wont start

and i can only lock the car with the key and the immobilisoer does not come on plus when i unlock the car only the drivers door unlocks,i put the t4 testbook on to the car and the t4 power light does not come on plus the green and yellow lan light do not come on tested the t4 on another car and it works fine,does anyone know what is wrong with the mg zs and how to fix the problem
