Poly bushing a R45 Diesel

I had a look and there are a few posts from a few years ago on this subject but is it really worth doing?

I need to replace the N/S upper wishbone and may as well do both sides, also as I have MG ZS 180 shocks and springs already fitted I thought I would put the upper mounts on the wrong way round as I read on one of the forums that this gives the correct camber? any way if im going to poly bush then this will be the time to start.

Just had a look and Powerflex price their bushes per bush which means that looking at their chart for the R45 No 6 is the upper wishbone and there are 4 bushes so at £17.95 per bush it comes out at £71.80 !!!

in fact I just added all the bushes up for the R45 and it comes to £792.08 inc vat.

Clearly, for me at least polybushing the whole car with Powerflex bushes is way too expensive.

Now im looking at Superflex their upper wishbone bushes are £51.90 better but still quite a lot.

To do the whole car with Superflex using the cheaper of the two options for the rear trailing arm kit is £587 still a lot of money.

I polybushed my Range Rover Classic for about £160 (for the bushes) and it made a big difference but at the prices to do the R45 I don't think with the labour involved even doing it myself it will be worth it.

The last option I have found is on ebay from Poland £162.90 for the rear suspension only from what I have seen so far so without the from from the same manufacturer I don't see it as an option.

New search just brought this up on ebay http://ift.tt/140cn5u

or this maybe better, front only but Powerflex

So I would like to ask has anyone polybushed a whole car? was it worth it? anything to bare in mind or be careful of? or really is it only worth doing a few bushes?
