R45 Diesel anti roll bar bushes

Getting a bit of torque steer on my R45 Diesel. Am I right in thinking that replacing the possibly worn front anti roll bar bushes with poly ones will help?

Seen these on ebay, says they are for 24mm arb, are they the correct ones for the diesel? I wondered if the arb is thicker as its diesel.
