rear indicators

Hello,

My car is currently of the road due to turbo gone, so been getting all little niggles and jobs done on mine whilst waiting for turbo. I locked it the other night as i was stood behind it, Looking at my mgf believe it or not-not concentrating on 45, and rear indicators not working-not on alarm/ hazard/turning. all other lights and indicators work just not the rear. checked the green and white wire running through trunk but nothing obvious. Does it run off another relay or is this common fault thing i dont know about.
