Zr won't start :(

Hi all,



I've got a 2005 plate mg zr face-lift 1.4 petrol



I've had it 8months now with no issues other than it seemed to take an extra few seconds to start up but run fine.



I've just left home to pop tesco and started up which takes around 4/5 seconds which is normal for this car since I've had it, just got it my car to drive home and the car won't start! I'm turning the key and it sounds like the cars trying to start but it wont. It's trying to turn over but won't. I've tried it about 5 times turning and holding the key for around 15 seconds and trying to rev the car but it wont start. Any ideas what it could be and where to start looking.
