Dashcam install

Hi all,



I've installed a dashcam, to try to record video of people being idiots, and also for my legal protection.



Now to my question, where can I get a feed to power the camera when the keys are in. I can't use the cigarette lighter to supply it as that's always on. It's powered from a cigarette lighter plug to mini USB, so I'll assume it takes the 12v and steps it down to 5v.



Any ideas where I can get my juice from?
