First time L series timing belt change - tips?

I'm going to change all the belts, tensioners and idlers in the next few weeks. I've read around, read the manual, etc...seems an ok job compared to a VAG TDI belt. Pump belt seems easy. Any tips or advice from any of you who've tackled this yourselves?
