Mgf seat question.

Bit of an odd question, do mg seats come in "left and right"?

I ask because I am looking at getting some second hand seats next year, and notice that often seats are worn and damaged on the right hand side of the drivers seat, from drivers getting in and out. Could you put the drivers seat in the passenger seat, so that the damage was near to the centre console, and so therefore less obvious?
