very laggy 45TD

hi guys my 45 has been a bit laggy lately. when i pull away its a bit slow but once past 1900rpm it comes to life. i thought it might be my maf but at full chat i´m getting 189+gs



i dont think its the egr cause am not getting excess smoke.



what can it be?



specs are 45mk2 113hp built in 2005
